Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Professional qualification such as CMA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze management accounts including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage the annual budget process with department heads.
• Prepare financial forecasts and projections, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track business performance.
• Provide financial support and analysis for various business projects and initiatives.
• Implement and improve financial reporting systems and processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for management decision-making.
• Assist in year-end financial statements and support external audits.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing relevant financial insights and modeling.
