Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies seeks a Landlord Relationship Specialist in the Western Cape to manage landlord connections, lease transfers, and renewals. You will drive negotiations, coordinate with landlords and internal teams, and report on lease statuses to support long-term company objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in landlord relations or related field
• Experience in contract clauses & lease negotiations
• Understanding of property laws and leasing procedures
• Knowledge of town planning environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain landlord relationships end-to-end
• Oversee lease cessions and consent for transfers
• Manage lease renewals and renegotiations to reduce rentals
• Coordinate with landlords, contractors and internal teams on site activities
• Track lease status and reporting; ensure business continuity
