APMC (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Landlord Relationship Manager (Telecoms) to build and maintain strong landlord partnerships in Cape Town. You will manage leases, obtain landlord consents, and drive cost containment while coordinating with government bodies and contractors.

The role focuses on negotiating leases for sites, ensuring timely renewals, and supporting site acquisition activities within a 12-month Cape Town contract. A strong negotiation background and ownership of a vehicle are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years property negotiation experience.
• 3–5 years experience with properties and base stations.
• 3 year Degree or National Diploma in Property, Town and Regional Planning, Law or Construction Management.
• Own car and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships aligned with objectives.
• Engage government bodies and associations to support long-term objectives.
• Implement leasing strategies to maximise onward tenancies and control costs.
• Obtain landlord consents and renewals on time.
• Facilitate timely renewal and renegotiation of rentals to reduce costs.
• Coordinate lease amendments and addendums with landlords.
• Facilitate communication between the company, landlords, and contractors.
• Resolve disputes to ensure business continuity and prevent site lockouts.
• Support site activities and upgrades through coordination with landlords.
• Assist in site acquisition efforts and securing Right of Way for MNOs.
