Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience managing IT or business system projects end-to-end.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver medium to large projects.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
• Track and report on project progress, status, and variances.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and project governance frameworks.
• Manage vendor or third-party deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement within the PMO.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members.
