Job summary

K2 Recruit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Planning Coordinator to join their Product team in Cape Town, South Africa. The role is critical for ensuring product availability and inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management or related fields, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in inventory coordination and demand planning. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential.

This position offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in inventory coordination, logistics, and demand planning.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production scheduling and coordinated stock replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock risks proactively.
• Produce planning reports and maintain supplier performance logs.
