TFG (The Foschini Group) is seeking an Allocator to oversee strategic inbound and outbound inventory flow from suppliers through the distribution centre to stores. You will formulate distribution strategies and serve as the primary contact for stores and operations on product requirements.

Work with Planners and Buyers to implement the Merchandise Strategy, analyze store data (style and sizing), and monitor stock delivery with proactive replenishment actions.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential with relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Experience in inventory management or merchandise distribution is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Strategic inbound and outbound inventory management from supplier to stores.
• Formulate and execute a merchandise distribution strategy; act as a point of contact for stores and operations for product requirements.
• Collaborate with Planners and Buyers to implement the Merchandise Strategy.
• Perform store and merchandise-related analysis (style and sizing).
• Monitor stock delivery and take appropriate action (replenishment management).
• Maintain effective communication with stores and Operations.
• Monitor product performance and take corrective actions; conduct regular store visits.
