Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, with leadership in a complex professional services environment.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and operational platforms.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency in project management, resource allocation, and business performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Strategic Alignment and Execution: turn high-level strategies into functional operational plans.
