Job Description
Job Overview:
The Integrator is akey leadership role responsible for ensuring the seamless execution ofUzenzele’s business operations and strategic initiatives. This role is designedto harmonize various departments—such as sales, marketing, operations, finance,and administration—ensuring that the company achieves its business objectives.As the Integrator, you will work closely with the Visionary (CEO equivalent in >>EOS <<) to translate strategic vision into actionable steps and lead the team inoperational excellence.
Although this is aflexible position, the responsibility it carries is crucial to the success ofthe company. The Integrator will be evaluated not by hours worked but by theachievement of key outcomes, including operational efficiency, clientsatisfaction, and project delivery.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Visionary to turnhigh-level strategies into functional operational plans.
- Ensure all departments work cohesivelytoward the company’s overarching goals, from client acquisition tosuccessful project delivery.
- Oversee business processes, ensuring theyare aligned with both strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and Team Integration:
- Lead, manage, and hold the leadershipteam accountable for achieving business commitments.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration(sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamlesscommunication and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor department heads to ensure theirobjectives are aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
- Operations Management:
- Develop and refine workflows to enhanceoperational efficiency and streamline project lifecycles.
- Oversee the company’s CRM, ERP, andoperational systems for enhanced scalability and productivity.
- Monitor key business performance metricsand make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Financial Oversight and Risk Management:
- Work closely with the finance departmentto ensure budgetary compliance and financial objectives are met.
- Regularly review and assess the company’sfinancial performance, risk profiles, and service offerings.
- Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including clients, lenders, and investors.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfactionby delivering efficient and transparent services.
- Address any operational challenges thatcould impact client service or business growth.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Drive initiatives aimed at improvingoperational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work Environmentand Flexibility:
This role offers theflexibility of a hybrid work environment. While the majority of work may bedone remotely, the Integrator must be willing to come into the office andtravel whenever necessary to meet business needs. There is no fixed requirementon the number of days in the office, but the individual must exercise soundjudgment to ensure their presence when needed. No additional compensation willbe provided for in-office days.
The nature of the rolemeans the Integrator is not tied to a traditional 45-hour work week, but isexpected to deliver high-level strategic leadership and operational oversight.The role demands flexibility, with working hours determined by the needs of thebusiness and key projects.
CompensationPackage:
- Base Salary : R400,000 to R500,000 per annum,depending on experience.
- Performance-Based Bonus : An additional 15% to 50% of the basesalary, tied to key KPIs (up to R250,000 per annum).
- Profit-Sharing : Optional long-term incentives, includingprofit-sharing, available based on key business milestones andperformance.
Total compensationranges from R460,000 to R750,000 per annum, with the potential forfurther long-term incentives through profit-sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in operationsmanagement, with a proven track record of leadership in a complex,professional services environment.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, andoperational platforms.
- Strong leadership and team-buildingabilities.
- Proficiency in project management,resource allocation, and business performance analysis.
