The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial development, strong financial modeling, and stakeholder management. You will drive value through strategic acquisitions, risk assessment, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in property development, with a focus on industrial properties.
• Proven track record of large-scale industrial development from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of SA planning regulations, environmental assessments, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential industrial sites within Richards Bay and KwaZulu-Natal.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analyses, and financial modeling to support proposals.
• Lead acquisition, negotiate purchase agreements, and secure land rights and zoning.
• Oversee design and planning with architects and engineers.
• Manage construction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies for long-term tenants.
• Stakeholder engagement with government, investors, contractors, and tenants.
