Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years of experience. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or related industry.
• Experience with demand planning and inventory optimization tools is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Slim4 for clients.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Build strong client relationships and address their needs.
• Deliver training sessions and maintain documentation.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate resources.

• Assist sales with technical expertise in the pre-sales process.
