Placements24 is seeking a results-oriented Management Consultant specializing in Operations & Supply Chain to join our client in Nelspruit. You will diagnose challenges, design optimized solutions, and support implementation to drive cost savings and service improvements.

You will advise businesses across Mpumalanga on building resilient supply chains in a complex global environment, collaborating with clients to deliver measurable business benefits through streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or in a senior operations/supply chain role.
• Proven track record in diagnosing and improving operational and supply chain performance.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing principles.
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Effective communication and client management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' supply chain networks, manufacturing processes, and logistics operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead time reduction, and service level improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
