Job summary

Slimstock Corp in Cape Town seeks a Junior Implementation Consultant to support Slim4 deployments for client teams and assist in testing, configuration, and rollout. You will work alongside experienced consultants to learn best practices and deliver value to clients.

The role covers training delivery, documentation, and collaboration with sales and support teams. A relevant bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in supply chain are preferred; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related industry; experience with demand planning and inventory optimization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implementation: Support the implementation of Slim4, assisting in system configuration, testing, and deployment based on client requirements.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and help tailor solutions using Slimstock’s tools.
• Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs, advising on best practices, and ensuring Slim4’s capabilities are fully leveraged.
• Training & Documentation: Assist in delivering training sessions and create documentation for client configurations and customizations.
• Project Management: Aid in tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect client feedback to drive improvements in the product and implementation process.
• Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical input during pre-sales including product demonstrations and trend insights.
