Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years’ enterprise ICT sales or key account management experience.
• Proven track record in new business development and enterprise solution sales.
• Strong ICT knowledge: cloud, managed services, data analytics, AI/ML.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and influence outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification in business/IT/commerce advantageous.
• Technical knowledge across Cloud, Data & AI/ML, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Network & Connectivity, Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new enterprise ICT opportunities in the coastal region.
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to Altron's portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, margin and pipeline targets quarterly and annually.
• Lead commercial discussions, renewals and deal structuring with solution specialists.
• Coordinate with delivery, technical and support teams for effective delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, account plans and forecasts.
• Represent Altron Digital Business in customer engagements and forums.
• Provide market and competitive insights to sales planning.
