Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key manufacturing initiatives from their Sandton office. The role combines strategic oversight with client interaction in a hybrid setup, including remote task management and reporting for Gauteng’s manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate will drive project lifecycles from initiation to closing, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while managing risks, changes and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop plans with timelines, resources and budgets.
• Lead project teams and ensure clear communication.
