About the Role

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, leadership acumen, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing project lifecycles. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight and client interaction at the office with the flexibility of remote work for task management and reporting, vital for driving success in Gauteng 's competitive manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful project delivery by managing change requests and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create lessons learned reports to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on manufacturing or industrial projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a hybrid work setting.
• A PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred for this role in Sandton .
