Job summary

Codematch is seeking an experienced Human Capital Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, translating people priorities into practical HC solutions and driving organisational effectiveness across the full employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and change initiatives in a hybrid Johannesburg-based environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Capital partnering or HR advisory.
• Strong knowledge of South African employment legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE Act).
• Experience in employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, change, talent management, succession planning, performance management and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate people priorities into HC solutions.
• Develop and implement tactical and operational people plans aligned to objectives.
• Provide HC advice across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning and retention.
• Support organisational design, effectiveness, and change initiatives.
• Drive adoption of HC practices and educate employees and managers.
