Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in the healthcare sector.
• Minimum 5 years' progressive leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in clinical and/or corporate governance practices.
• Experience in facilities, project, and financial management.
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational plans for both hospitals in line with JMH Group strategy.
• Monitor operations performance and manage facilities services to ensure quality care.
• Develop relationships with Group GM, CFO, and external providers for integrated patient experience.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management across hospitals.
• Drive growth by attracting doctors and specialists to the hospitals.
