Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy consulting or related advisory role.
• Proven track record of developing growth strategies for diverse businesses.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of industry growth drivers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Leadership of client teams and management of project lifecycles.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Hybrid work model experience in KwaZulu-Natal.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for clients focusing on market expansion.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting.
• Advise leadership on strategic planning, business model innovation and M&A.
• Lead client engagements from inception to completion with high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops and scenario analysis sessions.
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to assess viability and impact of initiatives.
