Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its perimeter fencing solutions across Africa. Reporting to the Head of Perimeter Fencing - Africa, Asia & Middle East, you’ll drive category growth across Africa through strategic business development, channel development, and customer engagement.

You’ll work closely with distributors, consultants, contractors, government agencies, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to identify

Qualifications

• Experience in international sales or territory management.
• History of delivering sales growth and commercial results.
• Experience working with distributor or channel partner networks.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases supported by clear ROI analysis.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Africa.
