Job summary

Jobs 4 All is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in formwork systems across Africa's export markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors and distributors, and provide technical and commercial support to clients.

Responsibilities include delivering compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with engineering and logistics teams, and maintaining CRM records to hit sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of formwork systems and related products across designated African export markets.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical and commercial support to clients, including product recommendations and solution design.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
