The role requires strong strategic acumen, excellent analytical and facilitation skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in management consulting or related field.
• Experience in developing and executing corporate or business unit strategies.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
• Experience managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders.
• MBA or advanced degree desirable; Bachelor's in related field.
• Based in or willing to commute to Klerksdorp, North West.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on corporate strategy, market entry, growth initiatives, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations.
