Job summary

Momentum is seeking an experienced compliance executive to help the board oversee legal and regulatory obligations and foster a strong compliance culture across the group. The role partners with the Compliance community to support Risk and Compliance objectives and provides ongoing guidance to business units.

Qualifications

• FSCA-registered compliance officer is required.
• Admitted Attorney or Chartered Accountant is advantageous.
• Minimum 7–8+ years of experience in compliance within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quarterly group compliance reports
• Liaise with Prudential Authority and FSCA on Market Conduct topics
• Oversee regulatory on-sites and inspections
• Draft and refresh compliance policies and frameworks
• Provide compliance training and guidance to the group
• Develop and monitor compliance risk assessments
