Qualifications

• Degree in finance or accounting; professional qualifications advantageous.
• Extensive experience in financial planning & analysis within a matrix organization.
• Ability to forecast, consolidate affiliate results and present insights clearly.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SAP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead affiliate planning and forecasting, including LBE, Plan and LRP processes.
• Provide commercial-finance leadership with actionable performance insights.
• Drive performance management by explaining drivers and actions.
• Own affiliate consolidation and regional submissions with accuracy.
• Support sound decision-making with endorsed finance recommendations.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, coaching and capacity planning.
• Strengthen ways of working and standardize reports and processes.
• Champion continuous improvement and data quality enhancements.
