Job summary

Novartis SA (Pty) Ltd. in South Africa seeks an experienced FP&A/BPA professional to partner with the business on analyses, forecasts and budgeting for a large revenue span.

You will coordinate a team of specialists, deliver timely financial insights to senior management, support monthly reviews and strategic planning, and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of FP&A/BPA experience.
• Strong budgeting, planning and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Translate BPA strategic goals into operational actions.
• Provide management with accurate financial analysis for monthly reviews.
• Analyze risks and opportunities; recommend mitigations.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecast and strategic planning.
• Ensure data integrity and forecast accuracy improvements.
• Deliver financial analyses to support investment decisions.
• Streamline reporting processes and lean initiatives.
• Report on technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours.
