Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of procurement/purchasing experience in FMCG.
• Proven negotiation skills and cost-saving track record.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management and inventory.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and procure raw materials, packaging, and supplies for FMCG production.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure quality and delivery standards.
