The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in category management within FMCG, strong analytical skills and proficiency with category management software and MS Office. You'll work with marketing and sales to drive growth and optimize stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ FMCG category management experience.
• Proven track record in growing product categories and driving profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficient with category management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies to maximize sales, profitability and market share.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage product assortment, pricing and promotional plans for designated categories.
