Job summary

Hire Resolve's client in Alberton, Gauteng is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee all financial activities, ensure the accuracy of financial information, and provide strategic financial guidance to support growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a finance degree or related qualification, proven senior finance experience, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining high integrity and urgency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a National Diploma: Financial Information Systems qualification (from a university) is preferred.
Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations in South Africa.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Systems design orientated.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
