Job summary

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, strategy, planning and budgeting to ensure the organization's financial health.

The role is hands-on, responsible for tax compliance, regulatory adherence, and driving cash flow forecasting, BBEE compliance to level 5, and collaboration with external advisers to support sound financial decision making.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of South African IFRS for SMEs.
• Experience with company tax, payroll taxes and VAT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Technology focused and data driven approach to delivering a finance function.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Self-motivated team player, but also able to work alone.
• Relevant Diploma/Degree
• 2-4 years experience (relevant)
• Professional accounting qualification

Responsibilities
