Job summary

Amicorp Group is seeking a senior financial controller to oversee end-to-end financial control and compliance across multiple offices. The role focuses on reviewing management accounts to understand profitability drivers and implementing steps to address deficiencies, ensuring accrual-based revenue and cost recognition.

It also targets working capital optimization and strong controls over cash and expenses.

Qualifications

• Over 12+ years of accounting experience in Fund Services/Fund Administration.
• Advanced knowledge in accounting and financial statement reporting.
• Management accounting and analytical skills with ability to identify issues and resolution paths.
• Strong commercial mindset, proactive, independent and results oriented.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review adequacy and operation of internal financial controls across AP, AR, payroll and banking.
• Prepare month-end consolidated management accounts and annual/consolidated statutory accounts.
• Monitor working capital and reduce WIP and accounts receivable.
• Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain written procedures for Finance department processes and update regularly.
• Provide operational and commercial leadership for the offices and drive KPIs.
