Qualifications

• Minimum B.Com Accounting/Management Accounting majors
• Experience with management accounting and budgeting processes
• Exposure to FMCG/logistics environments advantageous

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly commentary and variance analysis for management
• Own budgeting process and quarterly forecasting
• Monitor cost control, stock levels, and KPI reporting
• Lead and develop the finance team toward governance and accuracy
• Support internal audit and compliance with policies
