Vector Logistics in South Africa is seeking a seasoned Management Accountant to provide national accounting support and commercial insight across budgeting, reporting and project evaluation. You will lead the finance team, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyse variances, and drive cost control and governance within a fast-moving FMCG logistics environment.

Strong SAP experience and the ability to collaborate with operations, supply chain and leadership are essential for delivering

Formación

• 5 years management accounting experience (articled or otherwise).
• Experience/exposure in an FMCG environment, preferably in logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide national management accounting support and commercial insight for budgeting, reporting and project evaluation.
• Lead the finance team to meet strategy and targets, conduct performance appraisals and manage resource planning.
• Analyse costs against budget/forecast and investigate variances monthly.
• Oversee stock management, SAP data integrity and variance analysis for CAPEX/lease considerations.
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal governance.
