Humankind Group is seeking a Farm Business Analyst to optimize financial performance across agricultural units near Randburg, Gauteng. You will collect, interpret, and report on financial and operational data, build budgets, forecasts, and management summaries for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of financial or business analysis experience in agriculture, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights while visiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in financial or business analysis.
• Strong financial accounting and management accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Experience with farm management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets for agricultural operations.
• Conduct profitability, cost analyses and ROI studies.
• Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses.
• Build financial models to support strategic planning.
• Analyze operations data to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluate investments in new technologies and expansion projects.
• Support implementation of financial controls and reporting systems.
• Monitor market trends and commodity prices for strategy.
