Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years exchange control experience.
• 3 years regulatory risk management experience.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements across processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and mitigations to ensure compliance within SLAs and timelines.
• Provide input to policies, processes and controls through analysis of regulatory risk requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation to align with best practice and regulatory standards.
• Draft and update documentation and controls to reflect changes in legislation and regulatory expectations.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate guidance, updates and action plans for risk mitigation.
