Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in compliance and 2+ years in blockchain/crypto.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field is required.
• Certifications like CAMS/CCEP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement blockchain compliance policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and due-diligence for digital assets.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, product, and tech teams.
• Prepare regulatory reports and respond to regulators.
• Lead audits and assist with regulator examinations.
• Deliver staff training on blockchain compliance.
