Department of Infrastructure Development in Gauteng Province seeks a Director: Other Provincial Departments Infrastructure Delivery to lead strategic infrastructure delivery across departments, manage procurement strategy, budgets and service delivery agreements.

The successful candidate will hold an NQF 7 Built Environment qualification with 5+ years of senior managerial experience, a valid driver’s license and Nyukela.

Formación

• Undergraduate qualification at NQF level 7 in Built Environment as recognized by SAQA.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at middle/senior managerial level in the built environment.
• Valid driver’s license and Pre-Entry SMS Certificate (Nyukela).
• Registered with the relevant Council as a Professional.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee procurement strategy development for infrastructure delivery with IPIP planning.
• Direct service delivery agreements and contractor appointments across departments.
• Ensure alignment with PFMA, Treasury Regulations and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and cost variations; monitor project progress and outcomes.
• Provide governance reporting and risk management across infrastructure projects.
