Job summary

PPS Recruitment seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to lead accounting, financial reporting and the control environment. You will oversee finance and facilities, ensure governance, IFRS compliance and policy adherence.

Ideal candidates have a BCom Hons in Finance or Accounting and at least two years post articles experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• BCom Hons in Finance or Accounting is required.
• At least two years’ post articles experience in a relevant financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial Control and Accounting Operations: Control and maintain the complete accounting system and strong internal controls.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare monthly management accounts, IFRS compliance, and statutory returns.
• Budgeting, Forecasting and Performance Management: Manage annual budget and updated forecasts.
• Governance, Audit and Regulatory Engagement: Coordinate internal/external audits and BBBEE reporting.
• Facilities and Operational Oversight: Oversee facilities function and related expenditures.
• Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Lead finance and facilities teams and collaborate with HR.
