Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Proven senior corporate communications experience.
• Strong media relations and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing corporate reputation and brand communications.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear communication and to work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the corporate communications strategy.
• Translate business strategy and change into clear, engaging communication.
• Lead internal and external communications across multiple channels.
• Manage media relations, press releases and corporate responses.
• Protect and strengthen the corporate brand and identity.
• Develop compelling content and corporate storytelling.
• Support leadership with messaging, talking points and communication toolkits.
• Partner with HR, Change, IT and operational teams on key initiatives.
• Measure communication effectiveness and use feedback to improve engagement.
