Job summary

The role leads the full corporate communications function, strengthening brand reputation and ensuring clear messaging for internal and external audiences.

You will develop strategies, manage media relations, coordinate internal communications, and support change initiatives with senior leadership to align communications with business objectives.

• Brand management and corporate identity experience.

• Experience in logistics, courier services, distribution, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated corporate communications strategy.
• Establish clear and consistent corporate messaging across all communication channels.
• Translate complex business information into clear communication.
• Manage external corporate communications and media relationships.
• Develop and distribute press releases and corporate announcements.
• Coordinate media training for company spokespersons.
• Protect and enhance the organisation's corporate reputation.
• Develop internal communication initiatives and employee engagement.
• Communicate organisational priorities, business updates, and key initiatives to employees.
• Ensure that employees across the organisation receive relevant and timely information.
• Manage corporate identity and brand communication according to brand guidelines.
• Protect the integrity and consistency of the corporate brand across touchpoints.
• Support organisational change and transformation initiatives through effective communication.
• Partner with IT, Operations, and project teams on change communications.
• Develop communication plans that help employees understand and adapt to change.
• Influence leaders and stakeholders with clear messaging.
• Develop engaging corporate content and storytelling initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to communicate the organisation's achievements, culture, and values.
• Measure the impact of communication initiatives and gather stakeholder feedback.
