Qualifications

Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years post-qualification experience focused on commercial contracts and procurement law.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, service contracts, and NDAs.
Advise on procurement policies and procedures ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Manage contractual relationships and provide guidance on contract interpretation and disputes.
Conduct legal risk assessments for new and existing contracts.
Support the procurement team in tender processes and supplier selection from a legal perspective.
Ensure contracts align with the company's strategic objectives and risk appetite.
