Job summary

SAB, based in Gauteng, is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to optimize production and allocation across Southern Africa. The role involves developing long-term production plans, identifying capacity constraints and balancing cost, inventory and demand using scenario planning.

Located between Bryanston and Sandton, you will interface with WSNP, SNP and SCD teams. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of planning experience, with strong Excel and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years planning experience required.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel Abilities.
• Experience with S&OP processes and demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Publish an optimized monthly long-term production plan spanning 12+ months.
• Manage capacity and cost, reducing lost sales to DC level.
• Lead and prepare supply review decks and inventory LE sign-offs.
• Coordinate S&OP handshakes between WSNP, CONA and Supply teams.
• Analyze demand, capacity, line speeds, and project timelines.
