Job summary

You will collaborate with business leaders, bid directors and managers to plan and deliver client plans, manage the pipeline, and ensure high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client engagement and bid processes.
• Ability to coordinate with bid teams and managers.
• Familiarity with CRM and knowledge management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationship managers to develop engagement plans and related reporting.
• Assists with logistics and on-the-ground actions for engagements.
• Collaborate to drive momentum in implementing client plans.
• Ensure regular team meetings and action tracking; maintain MS Teams pages.
• Plan and deliver high-quality bid submissions; monitor pipeline; assist bid/no-bid decisions.
• Promote bidding through Arup's 12-Steps to Better Bidding Framework.
• Lead CRM-based analysis with leadership to improve client management and performance.
