Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic and commercial partner to the Managing Director and South Africa leadership team.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the South Africa business strategy and long-term priorities.
• Lead the financial planning, forecasting and performance-management processes for the South Africa business.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and actions for leadership.
• Identify drivers of revenue, margin, cost and cash performance and address risks and opportunities with business leaders.
• Lead, develop and coach the South Africa finance team with strong business-partnering capability.
• Ensure financial controls, governance and risk-management processes comply with company requirements.
• Champion the use of data, technology and AI to improve finance effectiveness and decision-making.
