Job summary

Lesedi Nuclear Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to steer the financial direction of its multi-disciplinary EPC group across divisions in South Africa and abroad. This senior executive role sits on the Executive Committee and interfaces with the Board and financiers.

You will lead financial strategy, IFRS compliance, treasury, and investor relations, building a high-performing finance team while guiding strategic opportunities, tenders and long-term forecasting.

Qualifications

• CA (SA) or similar professional qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial leadership across divisional P&Ls and monthly reporting, revenue management and cost analysis.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and reporting including IFRS, tax filings, and audits.
• Drive treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and strategic debt management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and act as primary interface to banks, auditors and regulators.
• Engage with Board, shareholders and financiers on complex financial matters.
