Sought Out is seeking a highly organised Deputy Principal: Operations to support the Principal in ensuring the campus runs efficiently and meets institutional standards. The role focuses on coordinating operational functions, managing resources and maintaining quality across systems and processes.

You will oversee daily operations, timetable coordination, facilities, budgets and staff supervision, while driving continuous improvement in service delivery and student experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' management experience, preferably in an educational institution.
• Experience in operational planning, staff supervision and process management.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily campus operations and ensure the effective implementation of operational procedures.
• Support the Principal in implementing institutional strategies, policies and performance objectives.
• Coordinate timetables, staff deployment, facilities, maintenance and campus resources.
• Monitor operational performance, identify risks and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, institutional policies, health and safety requirements and quality standards.
• Manage operational budgets, expenditure and resource allocation.
• Supervise administrative and operational staff and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
• Coordinate student support processes, campus events and stakeholder activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiency and student experience.
