Job summary

Kalagadi is seeking a Site Requestor to coordinate timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to site while ensuring seamless operations. The role involves overseeing outbound/inbound transactions, stock control, inventory management, and consignment stock management with a focus on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12, with 2+ years of related experience; an Artisan qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound and inbound goods to site and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee stock control and stock availability.
• Manage inventory, including Epiroc consignment stock.
• Audit findings and management.
• Receive and process site material requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers, stakeholders and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Communicate delivery schedules to site teams.

• Oversee all transactions relating to outbound & inbound of goods.
• Responsible for Stock Control & stock availability.
• Inventory Management.
• Epiroc Consignment stock management.
• Audit Findings & Management.
• Receiving and processing site requests for materials, equipment, and services.
• Coordination between suppliers, stakeholders, and logistics teams.
• Managing inventory and tracking deliveries.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Resolving delivery issues and discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Communicating with site teams and stakeholders on request status and delivery schedules.
• Minimum Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Qualified Artisan will be beneficial.
• More than 2 years related experience will be beneficial.
