Job summary

Sea Harvest invites applications for a STOREMAN in SALDANHA to manage goods receipt and transfers, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely support to production and other departments. The successful candidate will have Grade 12, 3+ years in storekeeping/warehousing, NAV exposure and forklift license advantageous, with strong attention to detail and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Storekeeping/Warehousing qualification is advantageous.
• At least 3 years’ experience in storekeeping/warehousing.
• NAV exposure would be advantageous.
• Forklift license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods receipt and transfer transactions to support all departments.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and assist production departments.
• Assist with stock counts and reconciliation.
• Responsible for transfer and receipt transactions of stock; monitor Receiving/Issuing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Environment and Food Safety standards; maintain housekeeping.
