Job summary

Pepkor Speciality in Bellville, Western Cape, South Africa is seeking a Store Planner to optimise stock flow across stores. You will manage stock allocations and distributions to support sales and profit objectives.

Qualifications

• Matric and a related finance/Commerce/Accounting/Statistics/Cost and Management Accounting qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of store planning experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of stock control and distribution.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate distribution of seasonal stock as well as the seasonal and non-seasonal replenishment stock; to optimise sales.
• Deliver seasonal and non-seasonal replenishment profiles at the required product level and to supply inputs to the Seasonal Look for the required visual merchandising; all within the required time-frames.
• Deliver a location plan that allows for the clustering of stores at the required product level.
• Assist stores in resolving any queries relating to stock and to analyse store performance and provide accurate and timeous information to optimise business decision making.
• Deliver New Store Plans to ensure that new stores are stocked to plan.

Qualifications
