Job summary

Speciality in Richards Bay is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and protect assets. You will set targets, supervise staff, ensure Merchandising, customer service and inventory control align with company standards.

Ideal candidate has Matric with Mathematics and proven store management experience, strong leadership, budget awareness, and the ability to develop team members. On-site role with a focus on customer excellence and result-driven performance.

Qualifications

• GR 12 (Matric) with Mathematics.
• Previous store management experience is important.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of sales and profit budgets by the effective ongoing management of store resources.
• Protection of all assets (stock, cash, physical assets, staff and customers).
• Set daily, weekly, monthly sales and lay-bye targets for all staff and evaluate performance in the achievement of budgets and take action where necessary.
• Ensure store layouts are in line with company standards.
• Customer service.
• Ensure correct administration procedures in respect of stock room, markdowns and lay-byes.
• Ensure effective merchandise replenishment and housekeeping.
• People management.
• Recruit, develop, guide staff to ensure customer friendly and efficient environment.
