Job summary

PEP in the North West region is seeking a dynamic Store Leader to drive sales, control costs and safeguard stock while delivering a world-class customer experience.

You will lead a store team, train and coach staff, maintain health and safety standards, and operate with integrity in a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to work retail hours; permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership role.
• Computer literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite).
• A passion for retail and delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Demonstrate integrity and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills; ability to plan, lead, organise and control.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
