Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12, Mathematics an advantage.
• 2 years’ experience in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role preferably in a similar retail environment.
• Excellent business English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to maximize store sales and meet targets.
• Manage stock and control expenses to achieve business targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Maintain stock knowledge and enforce policies and procedures.
• Train and develop staff while upholding company culture and standards.
• Monitor store hygiene, safety, and compliance with laws and policies.
